I have not followed the advice stated on these pages but essentially the methos was the same.
Despite the book quoting 3/4 layers of fibre glass matting, I found that 2 perfectly fine and was strong enough for their purpose.
Unlike the head being moulded as an example in the book, I made my silicone layer in one piece which I then peeled off the model once the moulding was complete.
